A Guide to Purchasing from us via WhatsApp

Hello! We have started using WhatsApp recently and we thought we should make a guide on how to purchase from us using WhatsApp! It's very fast and convenient!

① Contact our WhatsApp number: +81 090 9767 4366 (Working hours: 10:00~18:00) Holidays: Thursdays & Fridays JST

② Send us the URL or the item number (the one with the 16 digits) of the item that you are interested in.

Then we will tell you the price without the VAT and the total amount. If the price is acceptable to you then we will ask for your name, delivery address and phone number. After that we will send you the bank transfer details.

③ Once payment is confirmed, we will ship within 1 to 2 business days.

④When the item is shipped, we will tell you the tracking number and done!

Things to keep in mind:
We currently only accept bank transfers.
Buyers are responsible to pay for the custom duties on their own.
